Trail Conditions

Juneau has an extensive trail network with approximately 130 miles of maintained trails accessible from the borough’s relatively limited road system. The published list is by no means exhaustive and as one explores Juneau’s vast trail network the “secret” trails will reveal themselves.

Winter is settling in and the trails are firming/freezing up there are freeze thaw conditions forecast for the next 7 days including some snow changing to rain so trail conditions will likely get sloppy down near sea-level.
